200!!!

I am excited to share with ya’ll that as of today, 4/3/21, supposedly the day that is the countdown to nothing good in a year that has been filled with so many unknowns, I reached 200 followers here on Precarious Aquarius!

Well, technically, I hit this number on the 31st of March, but as of today I reached my goal of over 5,000 views total on this blog and over 1,750 visitors.

I couldn’t be more grateful for YOU. Without you, and everyone reading, sharing, liking, and commenting on this blog, we wouldn’t have reached this goal. I am hesitant to say goal because when I initially started this blog, there was no goal; I never thought I would write as consistently as I have let alone have anyone read it.

Through this past year, I feel like I have grown so much as an individual and in my own writing skills and abilities. The fact that the blog statistics support my growth is overwhelmingly positive. I cannot fathom where I would be without this coping mechanism. Because that is what this blog is, a way for me to process, journal, and reflect on my short comings, my life, my career, my goals, etc.

I will start out with some of the stats that I pulled today from WordPress and we shall go from there.

Total Words: 244, 037

Followers: 198 via WordPress, 2 email followers for the grand 200 total

I feel a little self absorbed for taking pride in my work and in my writing, but at the same time, if I don’t take pride in my work, who will?

Thank you for reading and being such a fundamental part of my life. I always love getting to know each and everyone of you through comments and your own blog posts.

Now I gotta get back to posting more content!

Much love,

Dani
