I last wrote about what I have never done. Still doesn’t tell you my likes or dislikes. Or what I am like as a person so I’m going to respond to these Frequently Asked Questions and hopefully you can get to know more about me.
Name?
Danielle
Birthday?
February 6th, 1998. I’m an Aquarius if you care about that sorta thing.
Favorite color?
Emerald green
Current dream car?
2020 Black Toyota Rav-4
How tall are you?
5’1″, but I like to say I am shorter aka cuter/smaller, so my driver’s license says I am 4’11”.
What is a meal I can’t cook?
Not a meal, but Diego says my gravy is awful.
What makes me sad?
Lots of things I have manic depression lmao! But things that make me rationally sad or upset is making a meal that no one eats or tastes bad, thinking of my sick family members, and different anniversaries.
What makes me happy?
Diego says puppies, stupid trashy reality TV shows, and nice pens. As a former debater and paralegal, I do enjoy my nice pens… I enjoy blogging, writing, creating ideas and having them come to life, food, bourbon, making others happy, and my family, including Diego and his family.
What do you do when you’re at home and Diego is at work all day?
I blog, clean, cook, watch TV, play my 3DS, listen to music, or nap. I usually do all of these activities all day, everyday when I am at home and I’m not planing on seeing my family.
Favorite TV show?
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I do enjoy trashy reality TV, King of the Hill, Louie, Bob’s Burgers, Bordertown, Shameless, any crime or medical show.
You’re in trouble. Who are you with?
Me, myself, and I. You can thank rapid cycling for that one.
Favorite quote?
“Every man has his secret sorrows that the world knows not; and often times we call a man cold when he is only sad.”
Favorite character trait about yourself?
Lack of jadedness. If someone were to hear my life story from beginning to end, they would think I would have a right to be jaded. I have more of an obligation to not be dead inside from my experiences because I got a lot more livin’ to do.
Political Party?
If I have to chose out of a two party system, I have to chose democrats. If anything, I am a left leaning independent. Unfortunately in the U.S., the political parties are mainly based upon social issues such as abortion rights, kneeling during the National anthem, gay rights, mental health resources, etc. I am fiscally conservative, but I am all about helping as many people as possible while still having a democratic republic sort of society.
Religion?
Christian. I write a lot about it. But I haven’t belonged to a church since I was 17. Religion is shit and a relationship with God is so much more than what the church could ever offer you.
Favorite lesson you have been taught or learned yourself?
Do what you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life. I learned that from my sister’s fifth grade teacher and when I worked as a paralegal, I lived that out.
Weight?
179 pounds.
How many hours do you sleep a night?
When I am depressed, it could be up to 12 hours a night/throughout the day. When I am manic, usually about 5 hours, chopped up. For example, last night, well this morning I went to bed at 12:30 a.m., and I got up at 3:50 a.m., wide awake. So I am blogging in my living room as to not wake up Diego. I have to make a phone call to unemployment right at 7 a.m. so I will be up til then so I’ll probably sleep from 8-10 a.m. and call it a night.
Color scheme of your house?
We have gray walls that look almost lavender in some lighting, bronze oil rubbed door knobs and light fixtures, and teal-ish turquoise curtains to brighten things up. That shade of blue is one of Diego and I’s favorite color. All of our towels are also this blue teal color. We have some updating to do in our kitchen and bathrooms because there is these horrible pink counter tops, oak cabinets with floral wallpaper. But we put in new carpet throughout the bedrooms. Next projects include a new stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and laminate hard wood flooring for our living room.
Favorite hard liqour?
Bourbon. Either BSB, otherwise known as brown sugar bourbon from Heritage Distillery or if I am going fancy, a nice Eagle Rare on the rocks if I want to be one with my bourbon.
Bad triggers for your bipolar disorder?
Thinking about getting raped, or anything going near my booty hole triggers me, whispering in my ear, thinking of dates where bad things happened years ago. I call them anniversaries and Diego doesn’t like that. Not being in control is a trigger and why I have left so many jobs. Hmm. I think that’s it.
One thing you wish you could change about your bipolar disorder?
The impulsivity. I wouldn’t have bought half of the stupid shit I bought over the years if I didn’t make such rash decisions. Or being stable without having to take meds. I don’t care if I’m bipolar, I just wish I didn’t have to take all these medications for it.
Moral of the Story
There is in fact a multi-faceted human behind the screen, behind the keyboard, behind this blog. She is strong and courageous. And very open to sharing her experiences.

I add the gravy packet with the water at the same time, rather than gradually add it like you are supposed to. Lol so it turns out lumpy. I just make my boyfriend make gravy if he really wants it. And reality TV is eww but its definitely a guilty pleasure of mine
